Monash University School of Rural Health is the Mildura Regional Clinical School. The school is located at the Mildura Base Hospital. The school features small group sizes. Students can become part of the health services team and gain practical clinical experience.

The Mildura campus of La Trobe University offers undergraduate and postgraduate study.
La Trobe shares facilities with the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE. The university's Mildura campus offers include education, arts, nursing, business and health science. There are education pathways from Sunraysia TAFE to La Trobe University.

Sunraysia Institute of TAFE
Sunraysia Institute of Technical and Further Education (TAFE) is also called SuniTAFE.
SuniTAFE Mildura has a great mix of local and international students. It offers nationally recognised qualifications with a practical focus. SuniTAFE is recognised and trusted trusted to provide training for a number mining and renewable energy companies.
SuniTAFE offers a wide range courses including English language, nursing, graphic design, horticulture, conservation and land management.

Riverina Institute of TAFE, New South Wales
The Riverina Institute of TAFE Coomealla Campus at Dareton is 23 kilometres northwest of Mildura.
At this campus students will have the opportunity to discover Australian culture and join a thriving community where they can enjoy music, art, sporting and cultural events throughout the year. Courses offered include wine and food production, Aboriginal studies, information technology and community services.
