Melbourne ushers in the Year of the Rooster with more than two weeks of festivities.

Study Melbourne is a principal sponsor of the Chinese New Year Melbourne Festival 2017, which sees Melbourne come alive with spectacular lighting installations, cultural performances, food experiences and public activities designed to encourage people from all backgrounds to come together to celebrate the Year of the Rooster.

From 27 January to 12 February 2017, the festival showcases the vibrancy of Victoria’s Chinese heritage and multiculturalism, with opportunities for students to get involved including volunteering and a 'home away from home' dinner.
