In this workshop, we'll create a wellbeing map to explore the concept of wellbeing, identify gaps and help you to make powerful positive choices for your wellbeing into the future.

What you need:

We'll be getting CREATIVE, so bring large paper or cardboard as a base, then whatever else you can source, including:

  • scissors
  • glue
  • textas/pens/pencils/paint
  • magazines to cut pics from
  • bits from nature - leaves/feathers etc
  • whatever else crafty that you can use!

The incredible Michelle will be running this session ONLINE via Zoom for Confidence Hackers, with a whole series of other in-person CREATIVITY workshops in the works over December, January and February.
