UPDATE: Due to building refurbishment, the Study Melbourne Hub will be temporarily relocated to Level 5, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne from Friday 1 December 2023.

Our new location will not offer a study space however all Study Melbourne services will continue as normal during our relocation.

The Hub opening hours remain the same: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Study Melbourne Hub Service

The Study Melbourne Hub provides free help and advice to all international students in Victoria. We support students with a range of enquiries including financial hardship, accommodation, wellbeing and mental health support, employment programs, legal information and education provider problems.

The Study Melbourne Hub can make an appointment for you to get legal advice about your employment or accommodation concerns at the International Student Employment and Accommodation Legal Service (ISEALS). This is a specialised service, designed for international students in Victoria.

We are committed to supporting you to communicate in your preferred language (other than English).

An interpreter can be organised to assist with communication and an interpreter translates messages, concepts, and ideas from one language into another language.

For free access to an interpreter, you can either:
