Racquel Shroff, CEO of Global Education Solutions, is a recognised expert in the International Education industry, with more than 26 years of experience in consulting, student recruitment and career development, English language testing, scholarships administration, large scale project implementation, client management, strategic marketing and research, partnership development.

She has worked across Governments, Industries, Professional Bodies, Non-profits and Education Providers to create demand, brand value, sustainable growth to achieve exceptional business performance, process efficiencies, strategic goals, and student experience and outcomes.  Racquel has presented in various national and international conferences and published many articles and papers.

Racquel is also Chairperson of the Indian Career Education and Development Council, a non-profit organisation set up with support from the Australia India Council. The organisation serves as a professional body for teachers, counsellors, trainers, human resource and learning and development professionals engaged in the career transition of young people.

Dr Sucharita Narasipuram

Dr Sucharita is an experienced counsellor and researcher with a passion for guiding young people navigating through adolescent challenges into emerging adulthood. Her professional experience spans from counselling for individuals and families with emotional and personal issues to teaching psychology. She also offers career guidance and coaching to high school students who need to decide on the right board of education or subject groups or post-study course and occupation pathways. Sucharita has been involved with adolescent wellness research and has held numerous workshops on addressing academic difficulties and using appropriate psychological assessments to measure students' cognitive, multiple intelligence, and aptitude to plan guided interventions.

She is an international member of the Career Education Association of Victoria (CEAV), an Associate Member of the Indian Career Education and Development Council, and a foundation level International Certified Career Coach.
