We want you to have a great experience as an international student in Melbourne Victoria. Here are some ways to stay balanced and healthy.
Study can be stressful
Stress is a part of student life. It's normal to feel the pressure of study and work. There are many ways to reduce and manage stress.
When you’re stressed, make a list of the things that are causing stress for you.
For example, is your stress related to study, finances, or feeling homesick?
If you know where the stress is coming from, it's easier to make a plan to manage it.
Take time to socialise, exercise and practise relaxation techniques. Consider the times of day that your study is most effective – are you more productive in the morning or night?
