This Victorian Government initiative supports South Asian students impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in India and the region by fostering social connectedness and resilience.


Of course, all international students are welcome to attend to show support and solidarity, create lasting connections and build powerful future skills.


The 16-week program covers:

#MondayMeditation

Transformational Meditation is all about creating lasting peaceful states of being and changing the way we deal with life’s challenges.

#QuadCasting

The 10-hour Quadcasting Program pairs you with three other students to create your very own group podcast!

Participants must attend all 10 hours of 'in-class' time via Zoom (plus some of your own time) to build expertise in a particular area of podcasting which combines together to create Quadcasting awesomeness!

In class dates

  • 29 June: 4pm – 7pm Melb time (11.30am – 2.30pm India time)
  • 1 July: 4pm –7pm Melb time (11.30am – 2.30pm India time)
  • 6 July: 4pm – 6pm Melb time (11.30am – 1.30pm India time)
  • 8 July (finale extravaganza) : 4pm – 6pm Melb time (11.30am – 1.30pm India time)
