The winning teams successfully pitched their social enterprises to win $10,000 in scholarships for professional development from The Hacker Exchange.

Team 25: Butterfly Effect — Hada Andagali, Justin McPhee, Anita Keng and Cecilia Kusumo
Butterfly Effect works on UNSDG 16.1: “reduce violence and increase safety in our community.”
Butterfly buddies is a private Facebook community for female international students in Australia and it is designed to achieve psychological and physical safety. Members can find buddies to walk home with, share their experiences, post reviews for safety apps or tutorials, tips for women to stay safe.
There will also be events to raise awareness of general community safety and foster friendships among international students and their community.”
Team 30: Hungry No More — Gai Gai, Haoyang Fan and Truc Do
Hungry No More works on goal 2: Zero Hunger, Target 2.1 “Ensure access to safe, nutritious food”.
Hungry No More aims to provide nutritional education and access to ingredients for culturally and linguistically diverse groups, especially those who recently arrived in Australia and may need help with settling into a new country. The information includes audience-specific store recommendations, healthy ingredient alternatives, and public transport directions.
Currently, their products are offered in two languages, and they are looking forward to expanding their reach to other communities in Melbourne!”
