Tell us a little bit about yourself and your achievements to date

I am a third culture kid, who has passion for discovering new things. I also love my job. Some people describe me as workaholic, and yes, I often use work as way to relax. My achievements definitely include the fact that I have worked in several industrial projects, thus I participated in the development of my country.

What are your goals for the future?

I expect to discover more and more people. Melbourne has opened the doors of the world for me. Also, I do want to improve my qualifications with the study I have been doing in Australia.

Why are you excited about being a Study Melbourne Student Ambassador?

I have done volunteer work since I was 15 years old – to help people is something I really enjoy. Being a Student Ambassador definitely allows me to keep in touch with other students and opportunities that are offered in Melbourne.

What are your tips for students who have just arrived in Melbourne?

At first you will be overwhelmed by everything. The good things, such as the amazing environment and the diverse people, and also the challenges you will have to face in order to adapt. Don't give up, there are many ways to succeed in your goals in Melbourne. You will find it sooner or later.

What are your suggestions for students who want to experience Melbourne’s food scene but don’t know where to start?

If you want to have food adventures I suggest following the festivals calendar and picking the first one that makes you feel amazed by the food and the culture in the background of the dishes.
