Developing talent at the Study Melbourne Hub Shanghai Pitch Bootcamp
Study Melbourne’s employability and leadership initiatives are now accessible right across the world. Through Victoria’s global network of Study Melbourne Hubs, international students are supported to develop their skills, connect with each other and prospective employers, and get a head start in their careers.
In August 2021, the Study Melbourne Hub Shanghai, in collaboration with AustCham Shanghai, hosted the Pitch Bootcamp – a career accelerator program – bringing together recent graduates and decision-makers from prominent global companies.
The event attracted over 70 international students and more than 60 graduates. It hosted activities aimed at helping students discover and develop their talent and provided a platform for recent graduates to engage with and pitch to business leaders, executives and other professionals from companies including Google, Coles and CPA Australia.
The Pitch Bootcamp is part of Study Melbourne’s Empowered Series, demonstrating our commitment to improving employment outcomes for Victoria’s international students wherever they are in the world.
